problem with metasploit

i am new at this,just starting out with metasploit,and i have a problem.

how do i get here?

c:\metasploit\apps\pro\msf3\tools within system console

metasploit is installed on my C drive

msf >..........???? what do i have to type here??

to get in the tools dir?

can some one tell me that?

as far as I know, console works just like cmd does. cd \ then cd /path/path but you probably want to use the "use /tool" command - http://www.offensive-security.com/metasploit-unleashed/Msfconsole

Try ? and hit enter for options though when in MSF console.

Also, read up on the wiki, but its documentation is mostly linux based I believe, and you'd probably be safer/better off, using a VM like Kali or BackTrack with metasploit pre-installed installed and ready to roll out of the box: http://www.offensive-security.com/metasploit-unleashed/Main_Page
