barry99705
Computer Management, System Tools, Shared Folders, Sessions To disconnect one user, in the details pane, right-click the user name, and then click Close Session. To disconnect multiple users, press the CTRL key while clicking the user names, right-click any user name, and then click Close Session. To disconnect all users, on the Action menu, click Disconnect All Sessions.
digip
Or go all hostile postal worker on the network, open services.msc, stop "server" service, rename folder, restart service. (do not recommend since stops ALL shares..lol but would work) - Seriously, just kidding, don't suggest doing that on corporate domain. Home network, not a big deal. Large network that needs high availability of files, don't do that unless overnight when everyone is off the network shares and doesn't impact end users. Hence dropping the server service, cutting all shares, doing your thing, then restarting it (overnight of course when no one is on the domain and needs file share access).
