For some reason, I can't connect to the pineapple use PoE/LAN....

When I check the details of the connection (through Windows network center), it shows thousands of send packages, but absolutely 0 received packages! It does nothing, so no IP assigments, no data about the standard gateway, nothing...

Is it possible to flash the pineapple without the tftp?

No I'm pretty sure you need to use tftp.. Well first on your windows pc make sure you have no 3rd party antivirus or malware protection on, If it is then disable it. After that make sure you have the windows firewall OFF or disabled. You will not be able to transfer anything if you still have firewalls enabled.
