ou812 Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 (edited) I just received my Pineapple Mark IV Elite package but I don't see a way to attach the battery pack to the unit. Is it supposed to come with a cable connection (USB to round power plug)? Edited August 18, 2013 by ou812 Quote
inTheDMZ Posted August 18, 2013 Posted August 18, 2013 I suggest emailing the hakshop, double check its not hidden in the packaging somewhere! Quote
blueAlien Posted August 19, 2013 Posted August 19, 2013 Is it supposed to come with a cable connection (USB to round power plug)? Yes, the pineapple or pineapple juice should have come with a USB-to-Barrel cable. The HakShop should send you one if you e-mail them. Quote

It came with several ends but none for the barrel connector on the Pineapple. I've sent them an email. Quote

I think the cable you are talking about came with the Pineapple Juice, which charges everything but the Pineapple itself... http://hakshop.myshopify.com/products/usb-power-cable is the cable I got with my Pineapple, and does not have the swap-able ends like the one that came with the battery pack. dutchdog Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 What battery pack works well with the pineapple? Quote
deathdealerxx Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 Most people either use the Pineapple Juice or something like an Anker 3e from ebay or amazon. Quote
dutchdog Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 (edited) Thanks a lot. any reason to not use the anker e5 version? Its 50$ on amazon for 15000ma vs 40$ for the 3e at 10000ma Edited August 21, 2013 by dutchdog Quote
deathdealerxx Posted August 21, 2013 Posted August 21, 2013 You can use the anker e5, as long as it supplies 5-12v @ 1-2amp I know it does 5v so you'll be fine. Quote
dutchdog Posted August 22, 2013 Posted August 22, 2013 plenty of cheaper chinese ones on ebay but doubting quality, so solved for now. Quote
