Guest Posted July 29, 2013 Posted July 29, 2013 (edited) Hello, The current known issue with the pineapple not powering a mounted USB thumb drive is driving me mad. I cannot run any infusions without the USB drive unmounting and the pineapple requireing a reboot. Im hoping there will be a fix soon but until then im becoming impatient and going to focus on a workaround by using a USB powered hub. I have this USB hub which is 3.0 and powered. What wires would need cutting to ensure power is not fed directly back to the pineapple? both power + and power - ? Also can anyone suggest a alternative AC power cable to this one that will connect to a USB juice pack not AC. Would be ideal running the hub from a battery pack. cheers Edited July 12, 2024 by Geoff0ne Quote
