Xayaan.
Hello, How is everyone today? I'm new to Hak5. Can i get the list of rules for this forum? :) And i look forward to contribute to this forum. :)
digip
If I am not mistaken (and I don't know since I've been here so long) you get a list of rules and TOS when signing up and links, but since we moved from the old site to the new forum hosting, that process may not still be there. That said, there are links all over the site, in each section of the forum topics at the top, that generally have rules, such as follows: http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/8355-welcome-to-applications-coding/http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/7499-read-me-first/http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/topic/1013-how-not-to-ask-a-question-read-before-posting-here/http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?/forum-11/announcement-4-how-to-ask-questions-the-smart-way/

digip
Thank you , I have read them and i will post according to them and Digiip How are you? :) Are you on skype? I am doing good, and I am, but only for family and official client work, sorry. Skype is not very secure to begin with, and I use it sparingly as it is, and only via chat. No mic or video nor personal use.
Xayaan.
digip,I use skype for clients and family work too, Skype isn't really necessary to be so secure , It's not like we chat our credit card details via skype :-P , But if you really don't mind. I'd like to add you on skype and have a little chat, You can PM me your skype if you don't mind. ^_^
digip
We do have a PM system here on the forums if its that important, you can reach me there but my skype, as said, is private. Not hard to find, just don't accept strangers..."ain't nobody got time for that.."
Xayaan.
Lol , Thank you for the hilarious video and yeah the I can't PM you , Possibly you have deactivated the feature :)
digip
Under a certain number of posts, new users can't PM people. Nothing to do with me though. Security features of the forums settings. Everyone new has certain restrictions, like links in posts for first post(used to block them) but I think now people can, also used to not be able to put links in profiles until after some posts and time. Spam is an issue for every forum, and we're no different, so there are things I have no control over, but these are things most of us asked for, that they implemented to cut down on spammers for the rest of us users and so we weren't all spammed by bots.
