Pineapple Mark IV says can't UPGRADE software

Pineapple Mark IV says can't UPGRADE software I have full Internet connect yet I still get this error. I've tried it on both an iMac and my laptop Macbook Air I get the same error see screen grabs below:

Any ideas how I can get the upgrades and new modules?

What barry said... or what I post in the other thread for you. (Direct connect to a router if you have one.) Also, posting a pic of your status page would have helped us determine whether you really have an internet connection...
