hopefuly someone knows what wrong and can help me.

<backstory>

At work I have one computer connected to the internet and a unused wireless card so when I bring in my tablet and connect via an ad hoc network so I can use the internet from my tablet

</backstory>

ok I've been playing around with the Jedi Speak from http://www.appaday.com and I can connect to the computer from my tablet it works but I can not connect from my computer to my tablet and I get "Error: The remote name could not be resolved: 'TabletCompName' " I've also tried the ip address

I think it's because windows it trying to connect to the tablet from the internet connection not the wifi ad hoc

If I left anything out let me know any help would be helpful thank you.

What's wrong with your tablet PC speakers? And you could always try updating you Audio software and installing the right drivers.

You can also just buy some new speakers. You can get some good speakers for around $50.

/me is not sure what do make of this

Jedi Speak is a tool, you tool...
I don't get it?
...ya you might want to get that tattooed somewhere..

but in other news I disconnected the Computer from the internet and tryed again.. and it worked only making me think more that it was trying to connect to my tablet via the interweb.

so now my question is... is there a way to (in XP) choose how the packets travel. i.e. can I tell windows to use the Wireless connection instead of the wired connection for somethings?

Listen mate, its rapidly become obvious that you lack even the most basic premise of A Fucking Clue. Will you stop posting random unrelated "advice".
