gurdz
Thanks! But is there any documentation by Hak5 that indicates that - I'm actually asking this question because I need to provide the full specs for customs clearance. My package has been on hold since Tuesday. :( My order ID is #19436 Edited May 2, 2013 by gurdz
Sebkinne
Thanks! But is there any documentation by Hak5 that indicates that - I'm actually asking this question because I need to provide the full specs for customs clearance. My package has been on hold since Tuesday. :( My order ID is #19436 I'm sorry to hear that! We do state that it is the AP121U somewhere, sorry if it is hard to find. I want to say wiki... But that specification should be enough to clear customs now!
gurdz
No worries mate. It isn't your fault. Yes, I suppose the specs itself would be able to clear customs. But I need a source from Hak5 (PDF, or something), that I could email to them. Unfortunately, sending them the link to a different site for the specs wont solve the problem. Thanks! Sebkinne
Thanks again, Sebastian. I just did, and hope to get their reply soonish. I'll give them a bump - I can see this being important - we should have this available from our main site too.

gurdz
Hello all, I've received the technical specifications (hardware) for Mark IV It's available in PDF here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/36i5msen864ivi6/WiFiPineappleMK4Specifications.pdf
Johnnie
@gurdz Thanks for sharing the specs. I mainly decided not to order the pineapple from Hak5 because I was worried that I would have similar issues with the customs. May I ask in which country did you have these issues? If you don't want to tell that's understandable of course.
Sebkinne
I'll host that document directly on our servers - gives it a bit more validity than Dropbox I suppose - for customs I mean. Edit: There we go - for anyone that needs it! http://wifipineapple.com/mk4/specifications.pdf
