Overall its very thorough and I really like how they have the "Helps mitigate Intrusion" through the various phases. My biggest qualm with it is the fact that User Education is number 20. I would have put it in the top 5...so the list has a top 5 instead of a top 4. Top 4 list? I mean comeon telot Quote
