I was trying to run my toshiba recovery media to make a recovery disc, it say media creator can not be launched/No HDD Recovery Area... Its a laptop toshiba satellite l675-s7108. Im trying to reset it to out fo box state by powering it down then back up holding the 0 key but no reset to out of box option. Please help Thanks.
