spektormax
this is with avkiller, and as for the sbs.exe beign the only one, I wouldint know the answer as to why it is doign that, I may have made a mistake but it would seam that since that copied, and its a copy *.* command, that the whole folder shoudl have copied, I would say check if it works, becuase I tested it (on a virtual machine) and it worked. I updated it with the VNC installer that emails back evvery 30 minutes with the external IP of the ocmputer. Also, I've addded a netstat to it so that you see waht services are connecting where and on what ports. This one now works on NON U3, San DIsk Cruser Micros, and the Memorex ones. There is a farly detailed readme in there ass well.
Darren Kitchen
not to self: write that page on the wiki you've been meaning to write about payload management and truly turn the switchblade into an open framework... after you sleep. xFilthyxJesusx
You need to fix the autorun for the non U3 drives As well as route the batch files and cmd files correctly. Because they arent.

Silva
In the non u3 version in the auto run file it should say go.cmd and not go.bat :P, there might be more mistakes looking through everything now :).
spektormax
ok I have fixed the auto run issue (I did go.bat instead of go.cmd for some reason) I fixed the IP sending part of the VNC, now this one will send once when you root it, I figure that I mean how often does your external IP change, and a self ping takes resorces, and I don't want liek 400 emails a day with an IP
DLSS
to make life a lil easyer i made a lil cmd file to make trhe finding, opening and modifying of the send.bat files a lil easyer , code of modifyer.cmd -> @echo off color 0a cd /WIP/SBS/ attrib send.bat -s -h start "" "notepad.exe" "send.bat" cd .. cd /nmap_install/ attrib send.bat -s -h start "" "notepad.exe" "send.bat" @pause attrib send.bat +s +h cd .. cd /SBS/ attrib send.bat +s +h if ure gonna put it in this is wot needs to be changed bout your read me -> Install---------------------- 1. Insert USB Drive 2(U3). Run LPInstaller.exe from /U3_San_disk for a SanDisk Cruzer Micro or MemorexSB.exe from /U3_Memorex for the Memorex U3 dirve. This will flash the CDFS partitoin of the USB Drive. 2(Non U3). Copy all the data from /Non U3 into the root directory of your flash drive USB Hacksaw 3(U3 and Non U3). Copy the WIP directory into the root of the flash drive partition on the USB Drive. 4(U3 and Non U3). run modifyer.cmd it will open 2 send.bat files in notepad. Edit The following paramaters need to be added 4a. emailfrom (Gmail address from which the documents will be sent) 4b. emailto (Email address where the documents will be sent) 4c. password (Password of Gmail account used in 4a) then save your changes and press any key in the modifyer.cmd 's windows to make the files system and invisible again. Ebola Eater of Packets
Yeah... I can't see anythin inside SBS or nmpinstall. System file and hidden file viewing are allowed, and windoes explorer does say there are files inside (in the prop. window), but doesn't show them. spektormax
well, does the hack work?? because if it does but you don't see it, isn't that a good thing?? I've relised RC2 of the Payload since so much has changed since the first relise I have added DLSS's send.bat editor, and added an Arm and DisArm batch so that you don't root yourself
