Mr-Protocol
There is a cool feature on the router where you do a 30/30/30 reset and it goes back to factory defaults. After that you should be able to set a password, hopefully write it down, and test out reaver.

Mr-Protocol
What do you mean you lost the card with WPA on it? Just reset the router to factory defaults and re-configure it. Or if you have the admin password, login to the admin web interface and look up the passphrase or make a new one.
