michael_kent123
It's pretty obvious that these pages should not show what they show: http://myview.brighton.ac.uk/ http://draco.bton.ac.uk/ They are just placeholders for webservers. But what do they mean - if anything - from a security perspective?

digip
What he said above, basically, default web servers installed, with no site setup yet or index pages added. More than likely, they are also vulnerable to attack, if they are default installs, which leave a lot of things with respect to security usually left out and unsecured, debug messages not disabled, sample scripts not removed, etc.
Jason Cooper
It also indicates that they haven't thought about their firewalls either as any sane admin will have services blocked at the firewall unless they are actively being used.
