Kernel Panic Help?

Hey guys big fan of hak5 since 2009 finaly posting on the forum, so im trying to install bt5 over network, due to the fact that hp mini 110-3000sa doesn't play nice booting from usb, So I'm using Serva using pxeliniux as booting image and have got a separate folder for backtrack in bt also its shared on the network,

Pxelinux.cfg/Default

LABEL 21

MENU LABEL Backtrack 5 R1 x86 KDE

KERNEL /bt/casper/vmlinuz

APPEND initrd=/bt/casper/initrd.gz boot=casper text vga=789 netboot=nfs nfsroot=192.168.1.2:/bt/

I'm getting this error any help would be awesome, i think it has somthing to due with config...

Made some progress by changing the config file to

APPEND initrd=/bt/casper/initrd.gz boot=casper text vga=789 acpi=off netboot=nfs nfsroot=192.168.1.2:/bt ip=192.168.1.3:192.168.1.2:192.168.1.1:255.255.255.0:::none rw

But now it saying connection refused.

Sorry hand was abit shaky. god damn iphones
