Mr-Protocol
try mount | grep USB or mount | grep "on /usb" Maybe try re-formatting the USB? Mine works fine on newest firmware. Same one I've used since 2.6.x

Mr-Protocol
Maybe try a re-flash without the USB inserted? Do you remember if you had it plugged in or not during the last upgrade you did?

thesugarat
1. I'd use Parted Magic, or whatever you use, to delete the partions and create them again on the USB drive. 2. Make sure you've edited the fstab option for using swap from a 0 to a 1 3. Plug the USB drive directly into the pineapple. i.e. don't use a USB hub 4. issue the mkswap /dev/sda2 command and then reboot the pineapple 5. check the resources tab and you should see at the top your swap space in use
thesugarat
On further review it seems that your Swap and USB drive may work but you just can't see that from SSH???
