Pineapple Mark Iv Does Not Show Anything When All Options Are Enabled

Hi,

I recently bought a Wifi Pineapple Mark IV.

I installed the latest version and then it was redirecting all the time when accessing the Web interface.

Therefore I flashed it and now I can access the Web interface again.

I installed several versions now but none of them seems to work properly.

So I guess I must be doing something wrong.

I have installed several modules like sslstrip, site survey etc etc.

When enabled all options like Karma, dns poissoning.

I see no one connecting to it.

Also when I connect to the SSID itself via my blackberry or ipad I cannot see anything with URLSnarf.

Also when launching Sitesurvey and I start the monitoring I see nothing in the logs.

I guess I'm missing something.........

can anyone help me?

Thanks!

Read the change logs, 2.6.4 specifically

http://cloud.wifipin...dex.php?changes

You may not have any devices set to auto connect to an open, unathenticated, non-encryption access point.

Also when I connect to the SSID itself via my blackberry or ipad I cannot see anything with URLSnarf.

urlsnarf outputs all requested URLs sniffed from HTTP traffic in CLF (Common Log Format, used by almost all web servers), suitable for offline post-processing with your favorite web log analysis tool (analog, wwwstat, etc.).

URLsnarf only does HTTP, most sites use https now so that may be the reason.

Also when launching Sitesurvey and I start the monitoring I see nothing in the logs.

Not sure on the last one, I have never used site survey.

If I can kind of expand on this question:

in my situation (MK4 with Ubuntu Netbook), I cannot see any beacon request in my main interface. Oddly enough as well, when I go into Site Manager and try to restart the wifi there, I get zilch. Installed OPGK Aircrack-ng , started up mon0 and tried to see APs, nothing. the MK4 is connected WLAN into my existing network (only way wirelessly I can access it ATM)
