Wps On Mk Iv Pineapple

So, Here is my issue. I purchased this about a week ago and started having issues with it last night. They are as follows.

1. The pineapple had low wifi signal strength (only about 15 feet with a clear line of sight).

2.The pineapple stopped broadcasting any SSID all together.

3. I attempted to do a factory reset on the bottom of the pineapple this morning and got the following result. The WPS light is constantly flashing and will not stop unless it is powered off. And am also unable to log in to the pineapple 172.16.42.1/pineapple.

Does anyone have any ideas what I did or what direction I can go in order to resolve these issues?
