I don't even know what to say about this, yet another up and coming invasion of privacy it would appear.

When I first saw the title I thought it was going to be some kind of sonar like in the batman movie, needless to say this is pretty cool. Not very effective if the phone stays in a pocket/purse though. What really interests me is if they have found a way to force a trojan onto an andoid.

With no doubt the article is very interesting, but they don't mention how the malware infects the device itself. I am mean, how does it propagate? Is there any user interaction required? Does it exploit known security flaws within the operating system itself.

The article is not very clear in this aspect.
