anode Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 I'm trying to use an alpha HNA and a plain H to hook to my home router, and have the Pineapple pass traffic through it to my home router. I've gotten as far as being able to SSH in to the MKIV, start up wlan1 and can ping the world, (the UI ping, & bar works too) but no clients of the MKIV can get through. Now I can't wrap my head around routing tables. Here's what mine looks like now: Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Ifacedefault 192.168.1.1 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 wlan1172.16.42.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 br-lan192.168.1.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 wlan18.1.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 wlan1[/CODE]wlan1 is the usb Alpha, the 192.168.1.1 is the house router (alpha's ip is 192.168.1.185)I tried the networkmanager but no joy there either. Battery_ Posted August 26, 2012 Posted August 26, 2012 There is a network manager module that works pretty well for doing this type of stuff too. I used it to get wlan to correctly work. Quote
