Crazy52
i have a friend who wants to make a battery pack to sell but we are not sure on the needed specs for the battery. like how many Volts/Amps would be needed for pineapple with 3G dongle, or Alpha backpack. im guessing 9v, 2a would work, anyone else have any thoughts? + average battery usage time would be useful Edited July 20, 2012 by Crazy52
Darren Kitchen
Careful when it comes to making and selling battery packs. There are a bunch of certifications necessary and homemade units usually don't conform. Personally I'm a fan of 18650s, which come in 2000-3000 mAh varieties at 3.7v. Four of these in a 2P2S config does an amazing job. Just don't over volt or draw too much. Nobody likes exploding batteries =/
