Erealz
where is the linux flashing flashing tutorial ?
Mr-Protocol
http://cloud.wifipineapple.com/index.php?flashing has the instructions for flashing. You should only have to use the web interface for flashing, unless it is bricked. Then you will need to follow the clean flash instructions. Mr-Protocol
Yeah, I really should get around to making one of those. But if you are pretty savvy with linux you should be able to hook up your USB-UART 3.3v adapter and get it to work. Basically replace all windows tools (tftp so on) with linux counterparts and away you go.

billius
If the webUI doesn't work, then I suggest plugging it in via Ethernet, setting your computer's ip manually to be 172.16.42.42 and pinging 172.16.42.1. If you can ping it, scp over the upgrade.bin into /tmp/ then do sysupgrade -n -v /tmp/upgrade.bin
