How Can I Forward All Traffic From My Local Wifi To My Proxy

Hi all,

I am try to do the following:

AppleTV => Wifi-router ==ssh-tunnel==> my server ==> Internetz

I generally want AppleTV 3 to use the proxy I have setup. But there is no way to configure this.

Therefore I would like to configure my Wifi-router to do this. But I haven't found a good solution.

The only info I found is to use a transparent proxy (eg. Squid). But I didn't find how I should configure this in my setup.

Can anyone explain how or point me in the correct direction?

Thanks,

Gladde

Make the wifi router's gateway your proxy server's address.

If you are comfortable with Linux, you could use IP tables to forward your Apple TV traffic to your SSH tunnel.
