Carot Key M Phenomenon

I was troubleshooting some urlsnarf and dnsspoof coding problems i waswas having and noticed something really weird. A carot key M was placed at the end of a lot of code that wasn't working. It might have been something I did but I am not sure how I managed that.

Anyone else noticed this?

I use the M lV and nano to edit.

yes.. I see that as well.. sometimes it effects the code, often it does not. the editor is leave a hard return from the best I can see. I routinely remove them.

I get these when editing on the MAC and moving the files over to the M1V
