Are you on OSX? Your symptoms sound very familiar to me. You have to do some tricks to get ICS working...for instance I can connect via ssh to my pineapple just fine and my victims have internet, but try and ping from the pineapple? Nothing. No opkg either. The process to get ICS working in OSX is detailed here: http://forums.hak5.org/index.php?showtopic=25889 - the reason I don't do that is because I also use my pineapple on other computers and cellular routers and I'm too lazy to change all my other computers to suit my mac.

I dont think its an issue with ICS as I can confirm that this error occurs with it enabled. The pineapple can ping out and I can ping the pineapple.

I have full network connectivity - Could it be an issue with space? I believe this only started when the swap space was amended and the USB put in place

I retract the above... I have a feeling its ICS - just checked again, cant ping out from pineapple but i can access the net on devices attached to it. Thought it might be a DNS issue so pinged the IP address of my dedicated server in another country and still nothing. Also re-flashed and the same occured. Not sure where to go from here.

Anyone?

I've had problems with my software firewall, found a setting deep inside to allow connection sharing.
