I don't normally register and post to places, but I thought I might mention a quick bit about someone else using wifi sniffing of auto connection requests to gather data and map previous locations of targets. Additionally he designed his own interface to organize the captured information.

I don't believe the software is available. I think it was just for demonstration and his personal use. I was just mainly impressed with his organization of the capture data since the data itself is essentially the same anyone can get.

From searching the interwebs found a the twitter page of the author of the software and there it said it was available..

only to subscribers of SILICA a professional WIFI pentesters tool.

That tool runs to the tune of $2500.
