blu3nowh3r3 Posted March 11, 2012 Share Posted March 11, 2012 Just curious if anyone else out there has had success in internet sharing from wifi to ethernet in lion and how they went about it. I will give you a run down of my settings. connect wifi to home network boot pineapple preset ethernet settings for 172.16.42.42 plug in ethernet from comp to poe lan port turn on internet sharing at this point users are able to connect to the pineapple however they receive a 192.168.2.*** ip and I cannot log into the pineapple. If I turn internet sharing off an reconnect to the pineapple I receive a normal 172.16.42.*** ip. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
