Question On Voice Recording Surveillance..

I was wondering if anybody knew some kind of cheap/affordable device option to record what someone is saying. It will have to have a clear voice recording with the recorder in my pocket while the person is talking, so everything said is recorded for evidence. Preferably the audio recording should last atleast a couple of hours at a time, and be able to transfer easy to PC via usb, sd-card, ect.. any suggestions? I dont have a lot of money. It will need to be clear audio recordings that can be used in court. Any help is appreiciated, thanks

Nothing sketchy, thanks Infiltrator, That looks cool but has to be USB powered, I am sure I can figure out a way to use that.
