Question: Translate Text In Images

There's a Korean short comic that i would translate it in English. Is their anything like Google goggles for PC?

Hmm. If you can OCR the image and it did the unicode fonts needed, then you could take that and pop it into google translator afterwards. There was a talk at Derbycon on OCR scripting and automation, but not sure if it does Chinese, Korean, japanese, etc. I think it as english based only, but I don't see why it wouldn't work if you had the correct language fonts.
