Turbo-PS
I am looking for a open source or free Network Bandwidth monitoring program for windows or linux. What I am trying to do is find out what devices on my network use what bandwidth. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Fasckira
Theres more than likely a better solution out there but off the top of my mind I'd say something like Nagios. You can set up agents on each machine and have Nagios monitor the bandwidth with a plugin on each machine and the router and give you all the info in a handy view. Plus you also get the benefit of using Nagios to monitor the network for other issues (like monitor your servers services and log sizes and so on).
