Any Good Comparisions On Android Devices

Hi

Im planning for buying Android phone. It should have GPS, WLAN, good camera etc. almost everything I could get. Problem is that there are hundreds of android devices out there. so are thera any good comparisions on android devices.

I live in finland and prises are a lot higher than in UK or USA, or probably anywhere. At easter Im travelling to NY for a week. Could I buy that android phone from NY, There are a lot of differences in frequencies etc.

And to make things easier, in Finland we have some special characters, like "Ä Å Ö" so does android OS have multiple virtual keyboards like iPhones do. (I think that answer is yes.)

Im not going to buy it in next 1-2 months.

Is it true, that there are coming dual core processors to android phones?

And money ain't that big issue, hopefully under 700€ or cheaper.
