Screen Calibration

Hi

In last summer hak5 mentioned a site which is like a tv calibration program. In that site you could choose to view all kings of gray scale pictures and some colors. I used that site a lot, but I lost its address. So do you remember it. Or any other site that I could use to calibrate screens.

I remember they covered something in an episode about that, but I don't remember which season it was from. I found these from google: http://www.liewcf.com/online-monitor-calibration-tools-2072/

Alternatively, if you have windows 7, there are two built in features to set this up as well. "dccw" and "cttune". Just type them in the run prompt and it will launch the screen calibration and/or clear type calibration.

EDIT - Found another site: http://tft.vanity.dk/

Think that might be from the episode, but not 100% sure. Mind you, this site has exe files, not sure how safe they would be, but I would just do the flash version.

Thats one of the things I like about opera. You can search the bookmarks, as well as use nicknames for key sites. If you had something you wanted to go to quickly, like say google.com, you can give it a nickname of g in the bookmark settings and type that by itself in the address bar to go to google, or something like yt for youtube.com, etc.
