BoKo
First step. My user guide and your instructions say to turn on Wi Fi by pressing Fn and F2 at the same time. ( Book says taping f2) Nada . That does not work. I have no Wi Fi light . The center light, which I believe is the Wi Fi isn't even labeled. At this time I have no router and am not cable connected to my DSL. Is that the problem? Scytheon3
On most laptops there is a hardware switch that turns wifi on and off. If this is off then no amount of software can turn it on (because the circuit is physically broken) so the only way to get wifi is to turn it on. To find the switch look around the side of your laptop for a switch that has the wifi symbol or a picture of a telegraph pole transmitting something. BoKo
Scytheon3 I wish there was a switch but the switch in my case (Augen, e go Netbook) is hold down Fn key and tap F2 key. Manufactorer has poor customer support. Don't know what to do.. BoKo
