alekto
Hi, I'm running Mac OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard). I have an Alfa AWUS036H USB WLAN Adapter (http://wifipartner.net/alfa-network-...00mw-p-30.html) I get connected and used this with KisMAC (almost equivalent to Kismet for Linux). But I'm not sure how you actually can use this USB adapter to connect to a wireless network. I have tried to find a way to change the network from the AirPort, with no luck! I have also tried to install Wicd, but have problems installing the programs iwconfig and dhclient (?) that wicd depends on. I wonder if anyone has experience with changing network cards under Mac OS X 10.6/Unix, or other applications for network management which even allows you to set / change the network card? Thanks for any answers! Edited May 3, 2010 by alekto
