It's called Psp max media manager. eXo Posted July 11, 2006 Author Share Posted July 11, 2006 you can use it for whatever you like, all you have to do is plug in your PSP, pick a video you want to upload onto your PSP, pick the Quality from very low all the way up to Maximum high quality video. You can also change the Screen Size of the video. (Normal 4:3 or Wide 16:9) And you can also change the Encoding from Normal MPEG4 - AVC.
