RAZEHELL Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 Hey just a question I was setting up my fon router i have jasager and the webif but when i changed the network settings I followed the instructions that I believe HALO FOO wrote but in my case i entered ip address 192.168.1.255 and saved the changes and now I cant access the fon router I tried pinging like 5 different ip addresses and cant seem to get an answer can someone help me thanks. digininja Posted October 30, 2009 Share Posted October 30, 2009 192.168.1.255 is a broadcast address, you can't have a device on that address. The answer to your next question is you'll probably have to reflash it as I can't think of any other way to get in if it is on a static ip. RAZEHELL Posted October 31, 2009 Author Share Posted October 31, 2009 How do i do step 17 where i need to Copy the httpd.conf from the karma/etc folder to the root/etc folder and overwrite the existing one it will now prompt with UN/PWD for both jasager and webif how do I do this.
