What is the Best I.T. Helpdesk, Monitoring, & Asset management application?

Hey I am trying to find an application that allows me to do Helpdesk, Monitoring, & Asset management all in one. I would like to find an opensource one but any will do. Do you have any suggestions?

We use Kaseya at work, it's not free nor opensource though. We don't use their helpdesk, for that we use AutoTask. I also know of Level and ManageEngine.

HP Insight, but if you have to ask how much it costs, you can't afford it.

Spiceworks may be another solution for you. It's free last time i tried it. I tried it a few times but really did not have a need for such a tool. http://spiceworks.com/

I am actually a bit of a fan of spiceworks as a free solution. Definitely give it a try, once you know your way around it's amazingly simple.
