digivore Posted June 5, 2009 Posted June 5, 2009 portableapps.com Basically anything you can take with you that you might want/need to use. I prefer Pstart. not as... chunky as portableapps.com application. I find it much easier to use and customize. Quote
SomethingToChatWith Posted June 6, 2009 Posted June 6, 2009 I don't use thier menu app cause I got u3 and stick to that. Thier installers allow you to extract the app files to a directory and use from there. Quote
psydT0ne Posted June 7, 2009 Posted June 7, 2009 Here's a list of my current tools on my 2gb Toshiba U3: Obi Wan's SwitchBlade Baregrep Lanscanner Putty System Information for Windows Wireshark Utorrent Foxit reader for U3 VLC media player portable TmpEnc 4.0 Xpress PowerISO Alcohol 120% Opera portable personal edition Process Explorer I found that the U3 launchpad would not function in windows 7 until i had updated the U3 launchpad to 1.6, then things ran fine. Mind you my Toshiba drive now presents as a Sandisk launchpad...but hey it works. Quote

Any way of making it fully portable without need for installation of anything to get it working? I've been able to accomplish it with Cain but not having too much luck with Wireshark. Quote
