So long as you include the changes and license along with the changes when you re-distribute it, but I still won't pay for a copy of linux that looks and works like XP. Thats why I have xp and linux seperate. I'd much rather throw a Vista glass theme on on KDE(Similar to the BackTrack theme) and keep linux as linux.
