str33ts0ld13r Posted January 22, 2009 Posted January 22, 2009 gcc is deffinatly the best compiler and i would have to say bloodshed's dev-c++ is the best IDE for windows. its very comfortable to use plus its free. there are also many links to libraries on the site and lots of information. Quote
