Playing audio from resource files in .NET

This is something I have been trying to do for quite sometime now, however no matter how many hours I spend researching and fiddling I just can't seem to crack it.

I am aware that I can simply include an audio file in the application path and refer to it by it's location on the hard drive however I would like to include music in certain areas of some of my stand alone applications such you see in key generators with the infamous keygen midi music you hear.

I believe it is possible using version 3 - 3.5 of the framework but I would ideally like to be able to do this using version 2.0.

If anyone has any information that could be of use I would appreciate it :D

Update

I have actually managed to get it working now, however when trying to incorporate it into the project I want to use it in it doesn't work, it is only working in the test solutions I am making, suppose I am forever doomed :(
