hardhittertennis Posted December 21, 2008 Share Posted December 21, 2008 I just received a fon+ for Christmas and am going to throw jasager on it soon, but before i do, im trying to find out if any of the battery packs talked about on here are compatible. If not, could you suggest something that would work, cause im not the best with hard mods. Also, i have searched the fourm and it looks like the most common 4 x aa battery pack does not work, but if you could suggest something similar in size that would be great! thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
anthrounit Posted December 22, 2008 Share Posted December 22, 2008 there are battery packs that you can use like those in RC cars that are about the size of a deck of cards. anyway I have the Fon 2.0 which is someone like yours, do you need to down grade? tux_ Posted December 23, 2008 Share Posted December 23, 2008 I made a portable usb charger which output 5v at 1a, and that works perfectly for powering the fon.
