first issue of R3 released

the issue list is near the bottom of the page. this issue only has a few articles since i wrote 3 and only 1 person submitted an article (thanks collin)

i did articles on google stuff, online stores, and online services. collin did an article on body building.

sorry the download link is to megaupload. my free webhost kinda sux. if anyone wants to help me out without spending the cash then theres a couple things you are free to do. you can provide a mirror for the issues. or if you guys want to help me get my site with a payhost then just click the advertisements in the sidebar of the pages. i get a little money for every 1000 page impressions and every click. so just click a couple adverts and visit the site regularly and youll have done your part in getting the site with a reliable host.
