digininja
I've just met up with Chunky who was having trouble getting in to redboot on his Fon+. I gave it a quick try through the wired interface with no luck so I popped the top and plugged in via serial. It turns out that redboot was starting up but for some reason it was coming up on ip address 0.0.0.0, no wonder we couldn't connect to it. A quick fisconfig later and the Fon now has a nice valid ip address and redboot via the wired interface is working fine. I love it when things just work! post_break
You made it seem like the cable bricked the fon. Cool that it worked. Ill have to pick one of these up when I get my fon.
