  1. Another problem all. Trying to set I'm WFP to my local network for internet however in the drop down box it only gives me wlan1 option but the note below states "using wlan1 will interfere with pineap" how can I get more options ??
  2. Hi Again! So I have had the wifi pineapple for a couple of weeks and the results have been mixed. I have not used that much and I can say that it is at least a really good concept. Anyway when I today looked at the module SignalStrength I noticed that wlan0 is so much stronger than wlan1. This concerns me because is not wlan1 used always for the offensive attacks like PineAp and other stuff. I don't know if my pineapple is broken or not but this could be why my results have been very poor. I'm using the same antennas for wlan0 wlan1 As you can see
  3. Hey guys, I have a bit of a strange issue with my Nano When broadcasting with pine, I noticed that a'lot of the times Wlan1 quits when scanning with recon, showing no aps available and with using the site survey module the interface disappears. This has even happend when I have dead-dropped the Pineapple at a client target location, iv come back days latter to find wlan1 turned off and all the captured ssids to stop broadcasting. This requires a hard reboot (unplug from power and replug) What should I do about this? It is extremely annoying when using in the field at a c
  4. Hi all, Hoping somebody could help me... I was hoping to use my Tetra to have one radio running PineAP and the other radio connected to the network via WIFI Client Mode. Unfortunately the only option I have under client mode is WLAN1 which is says will impact PineAP. I have confirmed that WLAN0 exists and that I can use it for monitor mode etc. Any ideas? Is what I am wanting to do possible? (I would of thought that was a standard use case). Cheers!!!

  6. I can use wlan0 and pass through to br-lan as the default gateway but I cannot get the wlan1 to work. Current setup is: Destination Gateway Genmask Flags Metric Ref Use Iface default 172.16.42.42 0.0.0.0 UG 0 0 0 br-lan 172.16.42.0 * 255.255.255.0 U 0 0 0 br-lan I can enter in the Web UI for the default route: 10.0.1.5 WHICH is the wlans IP address, not t
  7. Hi, first sorry for my english, i'm not really speak good enought to my minb(don't hesitate to correct me) ^^ and thanks for your time. The fact that I haven't succeeded to connect my (beautiful) pineapple to a ad hoc i have created on my ubuntu 14.04 (WEP). (it's not the try with my ad hoc but it's the same thing with any network i try). To try something because i'm working on it for 5 hours, i connected in ssh to use fix ip address after i connected with command line(I saw this method in one of the multiple topic i read before in the 18 first page) I try to use the web interface and it
  8. Hey guys! First off, Kudos to Darren for such a great product and website :) I'm having a slight problem ever since I got the Mark V. I set it up all fine, connected it to my Wifi connection and in the start, I could browse the internet through the eth0 port. But after a day or two, that's changed. Now internet won't work no matter what. At times even the Pineapple bar wouldn't connect to internet. any ideas how I get it to connect to my wifi and the internet to work on the Karma ? I can get devices to connect to it but no internet at all.
  9. Ok here is my issue when i try enabling the Wlan0 it does not enable also when i try enabling wlan1 it says enabled but when i refresh it disables again. Could this be a Firmware issue as i just got it. Note I tried Resetting it to factory defaults already. Some Snap Shots http://imgur.com/LHqHFod,JiS3eTd#0 Note Firmware 1.0.4
  10. Should the br-lan, wlan0 and eth0 have the same MAC address?? As mine does. Should these not be different??
  11. Hello Everyone!! I have received my Mark5, then playing around with the device I was able to take wlan1 as source of internet (connected to a router with internet) and share the connection through wlan0. Also, I route the DNS request to OpenDNS, for this I modified the this file via SSH: /etc/config/network and in the section of wlan1 I added the DNS directions: config interface wan option ifname wlan1 option proto dhcp option dns 208.67.222.222 option dns 208.67.220.220 Now, OpenDNS welcome, phishing and resolving tests pa
  12. I'm having some issues that began immediately after performing a factory reset. My issues pertain primarily to connectivity, client mode, and AutoSSH. Connectivity issues: 1) I cannot connect to my Pineapple AP when I use my Alfa AWUS036NHA (ar9271) USB network adapter with Kali Linux; however, I am able to connect with my Netgear (rtl8187) USB network adapter with Kali Linux. I'm also able to connect with my MacBook Pro, MacBook, and iMac's built-in network adapters. Only when trying to connect with my Alfa, I receive the error- "Unable to obtain an IP address." I've rebooted Kali, reboote
  13. I see wlan1 listed in iwconfig, as well as /etc/config/wireless, but whenever I issue ifconfig wlan1 up, I don't get an error, but the interface doesn't come up. I also see it using the Network Configuration infusion, but trying to configure it through there doesn't work either. I can't figure out what's wrong, as I've tried some other suggestions on the forum, but nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
