4. I plan on using a Raspberry Pi 2 running Raspian. I want to wardrive wifi and bluetooth at the same time also while using gpsd of course for a rough location on one Raspberry Pi. I will be using an Alfa w/ external antenna and an Ubertooth w/ external antenna. Now for some questions... 1. Will I need to run (2) instances of Kismet, or can it be done is (1) instance, keeping in mind the Ubertooth needs to run a plug-in? 2. If I need to run (2) instances of Kismet, will I need to use (2) separate config files, and/or two installations of Kismet in differing locations? 3. I'm assuming gpsd can
5. Hello, I am not sure this is the best place to get "Ubertooth" support but I believe I have everything setup to support KISMET to generate logs files that may be opened in Wireshark and Wireshard should decode the captured Bluetooth packets. The problem I am having is that Wireshark is only showing 14 byte packets. I am pretty sure I captured a pairing process which should have payload. Ubertooth specan-ui is working and KISMET is logging some Bluetooth packets. Any support would be much appreciated. Ubuntu 14.04 LTS Firmware revision: git-8b7ee77 libbtbb-2015-10-R1 ubertooth-2015-10-R1

7. Anyone else think it's a good idea to see an Ubertooth Forum on here? Just my humble opinion. I just might have too much trust in my technolust. Just maybe.
8. I am having wireless trouble at home. My Wifi randomly disconnects. Sometimes frequently and other times sparadicly but it happens on a daily basis. It has to be some sort of interference. I've gone through 4 routers and jumped around channels but the problem remains. Will the ubertooth one help me identify what is causing the interference and which channel i should change my wireless too. I have a 2.4ghz/5ghz router. I saw that the "Wi-Spy" will probably help identify my problem but I don't want to spend close to a grand in cash when I can spend just a little over $100 bucks at the haksho
9. First of all I'm working with a backtrack 5 VM through parallels. Been working on this for 14 hours straight, so I'm desperate. I built my own ubertooth, checks out fine. flashed the bootloader onto it just fine too. Now i'm working on flashing the bluetooth_rxtx.bin file onto it using ubertooth_dfu but I keep getting the following error: No module named core Traceback (most recent call last): File "ubertooth-dfu", line 318, in <module> print dfu.get_status( ) NameError: name 'dfu' is not defined.
The command I use:
python ubertooth-dfu write bluetooth_rxtx.dfu
