  1. SSLsplit + Module Working on the latest firmware > v2.5.4 Package / IPK (For advanced users): You can now find SSLSplit v0.5.5 on my github repo. ๐Ÿ˜‰ It's been compiled for the latest firmwares, and is working flawlessly for me, on both my Nano and Tetra! ๐Ÿ™‚ Manual installation of the package is for advanced users. The Module: I've also created a fork of the original SSLsplit Module, that you can find on a separate github. repo: https://github.com/adde88/SSLsplitNG It's been modified to install my package, and should work on firmware versions > 2.6.0 Module Installation: Download this tarball containing the module, and transfer it to your Pineapples /tmp directory, for example by using WinSCP, or "scp" on Linux. SSH to your Pineapple and run the commands below exactly as outlined. cd /tmp gunzip SSLsplitNG-1.6.tar.gz tar -xvf SSLsplitNG-1.6.tar cd SSLsplitNG-1.6 mkdir -p /pineapple/modules/SSLsplitNG cp -r * /pineapple/modules/SSLsplitNG/ Pineapple NANO: After completing the above steps, you need to create a sym-link to make the module appear in the web interface. You DON'T need to do this on the Pineapple TETRA. ln - s /sd/modules/SSLsplitNG /pineapple/modules/SSLsplitNG I'd appreciate feedback, especially if you encounter any errors! When pasting logs and such, please consider using pastebin to avoid filling the thread with debug-stuff. Donations: Are very much appreciated! Alot of my spare-time goes to keeping software up-to-date with the Pineapples on my various repositories, and helping out the community in general! It really helps me so i can continue on with this work. ๐Ÿ™‚ Click here if you want to support my projects over PayPal.

  3. Hi, i've just upgraded firmware to 2.6.1 and have some problem with installing Dependencies of SSLSplit and Ettercap. Besides i could not start Dwall listening. Anyone could help plz!
  4. Hi, I bought recently an wifi pineaple nano and i started using dwall and tcpdump but i could get most of the encrypted stuff so i serched and discovered sslsplit but when i use it my browser says that iยดm using a invalid/fake certificate and i dont know where i can get a valid certificate! Does this have to do with the config that comes with sslsplit? My config: ################################################################## # Certain packets are redirected to the local port 8080 and 8443 # ################################################################## ## Plain text HTTP traffic (80) is redirected to port 8080 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 80 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8080 ## WhatsApp (5222) is redirected to port 8080 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 5222 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8080 ## SSL-based HTTPS traffic (443) is redirected to port 8443 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 443 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8443 ## IMAP over SSL (993), SMTP over SSL (465 and 587) is redirected to port 8443 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 587 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8443 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 465 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8443 iptables -t nat -A PREROUTING -p tcp --dport 993 -j REDIRECT --to-ports 8443
  5. Im having problems if my SSLsplit v1.1, it's unstable, i click start, but it don't start, or starts but immediately stops, or stop the internet connect. Any idea what i can do?
  6. Hi I have a pineapple nano running firmware 2.0.2 and i'm trying to use SSLsplit, but find it extremely unstable. I have managed to get it working twice, so i know it does work - however most of the time i suffer from one - or many, of these problems 1. I click start, but it doesn't start, or starts but immediately stops 2. I click start, it starts, but doesn't log anything 3. I click start, and when i then try and browse to any site, my "victim" suddenly loses all internet access (when they were working absolutely fine before) I've tried different firmware versions, reset it multiple times, tried it on multiple machines with both windows and Macs Any idea what i can do? Thanks
  7. Hi, I installed on my sd card the sslplit modul and its dependencies. I got some problems with this module: 1) When I click on the start button, it does not want to start before many tries 2) When the button is enabled, It is written 10 second later that sslsplit is not running... What can I do ? Thanks a lot
  8. When using SSLSplit, we know that the browsers give an unsecure connection error because the certificates are not valid, but I have read that if one were to buy a valid certifricate and use that, they can avoid the browser warning. If I were to buy a SSL certificate, how would I about doing this with the WiFi Pineapple SSLSplit module?
