I bought Rubber Ducky unfortunately with faulty DFU button. Now I’m trying to get replacement but no any response from hak5 shop for last two weeks. I wrote to Darren, Sara and to primary hak5 shop email but no replies in last two weeks, also no replacement to faulty Rubber Ducky. Guys is it shop is closed for holiday???
I got my field kit a couple of weeks ago and I got a ducky with a faulty DFU button. Its been 10 days and I haven't got any updates yet. I already sent a message to Darren and Sebkinne and sent an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. It would really be awesome if I'd get an update on ticket # 31959 Thanks!
Hi, Ive got the WIFI-Pineapple NANO . With regular USB-2 Kabel I can connect to it http://172.16.42.1:1471 from MacOS X I want to upgrade to 1.1.3 . I have a USB Y-Cable (not original) but it seams not to work with it, nothing happens. Has the the USB Y-Cable which is send with the Nano different pin assignment ?
On 9/14/2016 I sent email to email@example.com, with problem description and copy of receipt/packing slip. I'm not sure what is the proper current procedure for returning defective unit, so I am also notifying you directly. I think this is a very innovative product with the potential for a lot of uses, but I cannot use the current unit due to being unable to put it into DFU mode. As I stated in my email, I am well aware of the correct method of putting this unit into DFU mode and have tried all practical methods and suggestions listed on this forum site, none of them are useful if I cannot first put unit into DFU mode. I am requesting a replacement usb rubber ducky.
