  1. Whats the best way to back up web based e-mail msgs. Services like Gmail, Yahoo, and Hotmail offer POP/SMTP servers. IMAP caches the msgs w/out removing the original from the server. I need an all in one utility that can D/L emails, contacts, and attachments. The ideally utility should encrypt the info and integrate seamlessly into apps like Outlook. Cnet offers like a million and one different backup apps for Windows. Is there one that works on Linux and Windows?
  2. I could use some help, if anyone can offer some. My google-fu is failing me when trying to solve this problem. I setup a form in Outlook 2007 to allow for users to submit trouble calls to a mail enabled public folder to allow for anyone in the office to be able to see the ticket and troubleshoot the issue. Creating the form took some time but figured that out, now trying to find a way to deploy the form to all users to elevate user interaction for the initial push. I've created a VB macro that i've attached to the toolbar, upon clicking opens up the form with the send and subject information filled in allowing clients to fill in the blocks for their trouble call. How could I go about deploying the outlook macro to each user with the least amount of user interaction?
