Friday, June 14, 2013 5:27PM Pineapple Mark IV says can't UPGRADE software I have full Internet connect yet I still get this error. I've tried it on both an iMac and my laptop Macbook Air I get the same error see screen grabs below: Any ideas how I can get the upgrades and new modules? <<Error connecting. Please make sure you have a working connection!>>
